New Tattoo?
I really want to get another tattoo but something that makes a statement, you know. I was thinking about getting one on the side of my head like Eve Salvail, but I'm not too sure. Either that or some writing on the side of my body, hopefully I'll figure it out soon enough.

So interesting how I heard this song first time at a Balenciaga show along with a Metronomy remix. Nicolas has great taste in music, just as he does with clothes.
Currently Watching : John Galliano Spring/Summer 1993.
It's interesting looking back at this collection because you can clearly see certain elements present that have found there way in many other classic Galliano collections.

Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2011 Couture.

I just died a little, Gaultier was phenomenal! The final dresses were so beautiful, the looks were great, and the model lineup was wonderful!

I'm addicted to this song, I've been hearing it for days now all of a sudden! Everything about it is wonderful.

This and all the various The Knife posts makes me want another album from them or a new album from Fever Ray. I can only keep on dreaming, but hopefully the release of new material will happen.

The Collections are here!
Couture collections that is, and I'm so glad. There's nothing like the Couture shows, from the people, the garments, the interviews, to the privacy of the shows. I've only gotten a chance to see Dior and all I have to say is, Welcome back Galliano, you have been missed. I also saw Givenchy and Givenchy was divine. Riccardo never disappoints, I love how he sacrifices quantity for quality, well in this case for details DETAILS and D E T A I L S. "It was genius!" As Andre Leon Talley would have probably said. Can't wait to see what the other designers have put out for this season, I will posts photos in a while.
The Knife - "We Share Our Mother's Health".
No one can do it like The Knife. One of my favorite tracks off of "Silent Shout", highly recommend you buy that album. It's beyond great!

Gisele Bundchen for Balenciaga S/S 2011.
I love the pairing of Gisele for Balenciaga, such an interesting choice. This ad campaign has to be one of the best I've seen in a while, and the collection it's for is just AMAZING. Nicolas never disappoints. Can't wait for Fall, his Pre-Fall collection was very very nice btw so we can all expect Fall to be even better. Since it's Nicolas, I'm sure we're getting something that we aren't expecting and out of our minds, can't wait!

Yves Henri-Donat-Mathieu Saint Laurent.
Such a great man who without a doubt changed fashion history and history itself. Anyways, I bring him up tonight because I’m about to start reading a biography on him titled “Yves Saint Laurent” written by Alice Rawstorn and published in 1996. I’m so excited, I’m more than sure this is going to be a great biography and book.

Here’s a track by the one woman (Cameron Mesirow) show that is Glasser. I remember hearing this song a few months ago and I instantly fell in love with Cameron’s hypnotic vocals. This is such a good song, and her album "Ring" is also good!
